You may not participate in class until these forms have been submitted. Every individual participant must have these forms on file. The forms may be accessed HERE.

Uniform Requirement:
All students must have a BJJ-appropriate gi (kimono) and rash guard for the first day of class (karate and tae-kwon-do gis are not allowed). Students will not be allowed to participate without one. Click HERE for information on gis and rashguards.
Additional Info:
There is a maximum capacity of students set per class to ensure safety and appropriate space on the mats. For progress toward mastery and future belt promotions, students are strongly encouraged to attend all or as many classes as possible. Tuition will neither be refunded nor prorated for missed days due to illness, injury, or vacations.
